1. Foreign-related trademark transfer process

 

The transfer of a registered trademark refers to the act that the trademark registrant transfers its registered trademark to others under certain conditions and is exclusively used by others. Foreigners or foreign enterprises applying for registered trademark transfer in China need to submit 1 copy of the original power of attorney and 1 copy of the original copy of the application to the agency organization, the original China's "Trademark Registration Certificate". The assignor and the assignee shall jointly file an application with the Trademark Office, submit an application for the transfer of a registered trademark, and return the original registration certificate. After the Trademark Office confirms that the application procedures are complete, it shall be accepted. After approval by the Trademark Office, the original certificate will be issued to the transferee and announced.

 

Second, the license to use foreign-related trademarks

 

(1) The license to use a registered trademark means that the owner of the registered trademark signs the registered trademark to license other enterprises or individuals to use it, and the licensee has the right to use the registered trademark. According to the provisions of China's "Trademark Law", the licensor shall supervise the quality of the goods used by the licensee in using its registered trademark. If the licensee cannot guarantee the quality of the goods, the licensor has the right to stop the sale of goods using the trademark. Anyone who uses a registered trademark of another person with permission must mark the name of the licensee and the place of origin of the product on the product using the registered trademark. The trademark license contract shall be reported to the Trademark Office for the record.

 

(2) A foreigner or foreign enterprise applying for the registration of a registered trademark license contract in China shall submit 1 copy of the original record format and 3 copies of the contract.

 

3. Transfer of registered trademark
